Bob R for Model Number MAH8700AWW With the front of the washer off, I rotate the inner tub slowly. I see that the inner tub does not stay concentric to the outer tub. Does this mean that the shaft is bent? Also, the tub assembly is not level (parallel with the floor) inside the cabinet. The rear of the tub assembly is tilted downward. Is this normal? Answer Bob, With the inner tub having the rear lower than the front, this would be normal. As for the tub not staying concentric to the outer tub this would most likely be a tub shaft issue which would need the shaft frame assembly 34001407. Read More...
