Answer Melissa, You will want to test the transformer on the unit to make sure that it is good. If the transformer is good then this will be a control board issue. The transformer part number is WP9760587 and can be tested by checking for 120 vac at the p16 connector between pins 5 and 7 for 120 vac and if there is power there then test from the p16 pins 2 to 3 for 12 to 24 vac.
