Smith for Model Number MDE9700AYW I have a Maytag Neptune MDE9700AYW. When the power is turned on I have a continuous blinking and beeping. I can start and it will go 2-3 seconds and shutdown. When I enter service mode and run system test it does not seam respond properly.
