Steve for Model Number whirlpool R0000202 Assy, refrigerator door gasket I watched the installation video for this part, and it shows that it just snaps into place. When I received the gasket in the mail, the instructions said to drill 40holes in the door and it provided 40 screws. There was no mention of adding screws in the video. Is it necessary? I really don't want to drill holes in the door
