Steve for Model Number ARS9167AS My door liner is held in by a series of screws that are very tight, and when I loosen them they turn and turn without coming out. Do they need to be be removed?
Answer Hello Steve, The screws have to come out if they go through holes in the gasket. If the screws do not go through the gasket, the metal brackets that clamp the gasket in place have to be loosened up enough to get the old gasket out and the new one under the brackets. Read More...
