Tommy for Model Number WTW57ESVW The ATC-Auto Load Sensing Switch keeps going bad on my washing machine. I just replaced this on April 5, 2015. The problem seems to be the same, no water coming into the machine. This will make the 5th time this has been replaced. Three were under warranty. We have our own well. The pressure is not as great as in the city. Could this cause the switch to overheat because the water has to run so long to fill the machine? This is just a suggestion.
Answer Tommy, The water pressure should not cause the water temperature switch to fail. You will want to check the wiring of the unit to make sure that there is no pinched or damaged wires. Also check the voltage getting to the unit to ensure that there is not an overvoltage getting to it. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, June 12, 2015
