Paul for Model Number WTW57ESVW0 Our washer overfilled on the rinse cycle. After draining it, I can not get it to fill with water now. I checked the solenoids both hot and cold and there is no power going to them. I blew through the air hose and it is not blocked. I am not sure how to check the pressure switch but I could not hear it making contact when blowing through the hose. It did get 120V coming out of the switch with it set to fill (purple and blue wire). Any ideas?
Answer Hello Paul, The water level switch WPW10292584 on this unit is the most likely cause. Just as a warning, if you blow into this style pressure switch, too much pressure will destroy the internal mechanism. It is only designed to sense the weight of the water in the tub and excessive pressure will damage it. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, October 9, 2012
