Bob for Model Number 110.22992103 I have a serious out of balance trouble,I removed the bal ring and when held vertically it appears to be appx half full is this the proper amt of fluid,there does not appear to be any leaks.The counter bal spring appears to be in good shape as the machine in not in a moist environment an was connected on both ends. The base pads seem ok however a little powder on base surface, the plate pads also look fine. Do you think I should change out these parts or am I missing something else to ck. Note the house floor is level and very stable.thanks
