Gene R. for Model Number WTW57ESVW1 I removed and replaced the balance ring onto the spin basket. I did not mark the original placement of the ring on the spin drum. Will this cause an out of balance condition? Also, the balance ring is about 25% full of water. Is the water suppose to be sloshing around in the balance ring?
