Roger for Model Number Kenmore Hello and thanks for your time .I had some issues with my washer getting really loud and banging pretty hard in spin mode.it has beat up the balance ring pretty good.i swapped out the suspension rods and it ran really good for maybe a month or so and now it is starting to do the same as before.coukd it be possible to have gotten bad rods or could the balance ring cause this. Answer Roger, The balance ring holds fluid to help balance the unit in a spin. If the fluid has leaked out it will definitely affect the unit.
