Dean for Model Number KUDS25SHBL1 On the bottom of the door, on the outside, there is a torn rubber strip hanging down. It looks like before it tore it was 4"to 5" in from each end of the door bottom. When the door is closed you can see it resting on the cover panel just below the door. I can't seem to see on your diagrams what this part is can you help me determine what I need to purchase? The dishwasher is black and so is this rubber (thing?). Thank you for your time and help.
Answer Dean, as there are multiple parts that this can be, it would be recommended to remove the front door panel and inspect as to which part it may be. The parts that it could be are as follows, vent barrier WP8283179, lower door seal 4172127, or it could be one of the seals that may have corroded and dropped. Read More...
