Hello Frank, There are several things you should check. First make sure the unit is unplugged and remove the main top and make sure the suspension springs are in place. There are two slots where the springs can be installed and they must be in the rear position. If these are correctly placed, Check the weights for cracks and they should be firmly bolted to the tub assembly. Vibration often causes the weights to work loose and this can lead to extensive repairs. It's hard to tell if the shocks are bad without filling the unit with water and shaking the tub around. If there is a squeaky shock, this will normally make it show up. If the tub hangs lower now, the suspension springs and/or the shocks have to be to blame. I suspect one of the shocks will be the issue unless one of the springs have jumped to the front slot.
