Todd, It does sound like the support arms on the spin basket have broken loose and the tub is "wobbling" when the tub is spinning at a high speed. You didn't mention any rumbling or growling noise, so we can presume the tub bearings are OK, and can be cleaned and lubed, if or when you replace the tub. This is a "bulky" time consuming repair(makes for a Saturday morning project) but it's a doable repair, with basic skills and tools.
