Hi Ka. The best thing to do is to shut the control off. Raise the ice maker bail arm. Remove the freezer shelf and the food. Put the food in a covered clothes basket just long enough to clean the freezer inside cavity. Dry all completely with a towel. Turn the freezer on and make sure the evaporator fan motor part # WP4389142 runs. Keep an eye on the floor to make sure there is no drain pan overspill and floor issues. Make sure all food is place in the bins correctly and the door gaskets close correctly. The control(s) should be at mid point. The freezer should be at 0°. the fresh food should be at 37-47°.
