Salma for Model Number ED27DQXXN01 When we move our refrigerator with different room and it has stop working. Its getting cold but not enough. What I need to do, I don't know anything about ref. learning from your video clip. Answer Salma, The first thing to check is the frost pattern on the evaporator coil. Make sure that there is a full even frost pattern from top of the evaporator to the bottom. if there is ice impacting the evaporator then test the defrost heater and defrost thermostat for continuity and if there is little to no frost pattern then the likely cause will be a sealed system issue in which you will need to get service to repair.
