Janice, The problem will be in the defrost circuit. So the heater, thermostat, and timer or control need to be tested.

Salma, The first thing to check is the frost pattern on the evaporator coil. Make sure that there is a full even frost pattern from top of the evaporator to the bottom. if there is ice impacting the evaporator then test the defrost heater and defrost thermostat for continuity and if there is little to no frost pattern then the likely cause will be a sealed system issue in which you will need to get service to repair.

Hello John, With the issue of the water fill tube for the icemaker freezing it would be caused by slow water flow or seeping water valve 4318046. The water valve would be the most likely suspect.
