Joanne, It's not likely the evaporator fan is the issue, but it is a good possibility. Open the freezer and check the back wall for a build up of frost or ice on the back wall. This indicates a defrost issue, and that could cause poor air circulation to the refrigerator. Then remove the grille cover 67003900 from the control box in the back of the refrigerator and check to see if the auto damper WPW10196393 or damper door isn't stuck closed. If you remove the front kickplate grille cover you should find the tech data sheet attached to the bottom of the refrigerator, in a plastic bag. You can then program the control into the test mode and check the components for operation
