Bob, It's most likely a bad evaporator fan motor WPW10189703 It is a 120 VAC 60 hz. 15 amp shaded pole motor. There are no sensors or thermostats that control the fan. Basically, whenever the compressor is running, you should also have power to the fan. Use ammeter and check for 120 VAC across the wires/terminals on the fan, if you have the voltage you have a bad evaporator fan motor.
