Clayt for Model Number G9CE3074XB00 I had this ceramic cooktop installed professionally 21 months ago, and it just stopped working - no lights on it, it won't power on at all - just dead. I've checked to see if the breakers are on, they are. It went off like this a couple weeks ago, was dead, but the next day it was working again. Now it's dead and won't come back on - as if it has no power. What can I check to possibly determine what's wrong with it?
Answer Clay, Depending on your installation, you need to access the electrical junction box under the counter top, and remove the junction box cover and check for loose electrical connections inside the box. Make sure you turn the power to the cooktop OFF before you do anything. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, November 20, 2014
