Enter Diagnostics Mode by pressing CANCEL>CANCEL>START within a 5-second period. This information is included with the tech sheet packaged with your machine.

Janet, make sure there is 240 volts at the terminal block before you re[lace it. Using a multimeter, check for voltage from white to red, you should read 120 volts, from white to black, 120 volts, and from black to red, 240 volts. If the voltage is there, there is a problem possibly at the control board or at a fuse. If the voltage is not there, you have a problem with the voltage going to the oven.

Hello Vincent, The terminal block is WPW10245259 and the filter board for the microwave is DE96-00399B. I'm sorry but we do not show one being offered for the oven. If there is one in there we would request you give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 and send us a picture of the units' I.D. tag and the filter board needed. Hello John. WPW10245259 is a 3 post terminal block. The center post is silver and that is why it is hard to see in the photos. Thank you.

Hello Juan, All four of these switches are different so swapping them out is not an option. The issue is most likely the switch since medium and high works. The switches are WP74007840 right rear, WPW10244639 right front, W10861720 left rear, and WPW10326246 left front.

Daniel, No the terminal block would not be the issue, since the other elements work. Since you have radiant elements, you most likely have a damaged wire under the cooktop glass, or possibly the rear burner switches WPW10244639 right rear and/or W10861720 left rear switch, may be damaged. You'll need to lift the cooktop out of the counter, remove the glass cooktop and frame to investigate.
