Janet, make sure there is 240 volts at the terminal block before you re[lace it. Using a multimeter, check for voltage from white to red, you should read 120 volts, from white to black, 120 volts, and from black to red, 240 volts. If the voltage is there, there is a problem possibly at the control board or at a fuse. If the voltage is not there, you have a problem with the voltage going to the oven.
