Lisa for Model Number RBD275PDS14 My oven makes a whirring noise when in use and at cool down. I'm pretty sure it's the upper cooling fan. Do I need to remove the entire oven to replace it or just the upper control panel? Hard to tell from the diagram
Answer Lisa, You'll need to remove the oven from the wall. Disconnect the electrical power to the oven. Remove the side trim from the oven. Remove the four double oven cabinet mounting screws (2 on each side), and pull the oven out of its mounting location so that you can access the back. Remove the upper rear cover from the oven (11 screws). Remove the four screws from the blower cover and remove the cover. Disconnect the two wires from the upper blower motor terminals. Remove the four mounting screws. Reverse the procedure and test the oven and fan for operation. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, February 20, 2015
