John for Model Number GX5SHDXVB00 I have replaced the control board. When I try to program the board, it will not accept the code listed on the inside of the refrigerator. I have no problem with the instructions and the programming goes well until the last step; the code is entered and the Freezer Down button is pressed. The program code does not flash whether I hold the button down for a long time, short time, or intermittently. Is there an over riding code or another way to program this board?
