Greg M. for Model Number Whirlpool WRB322DMBM I have an Whirlpool WRB322DMBM that randomly shuts off on its own. The power is on but nothing else is running. The temperature settings just read as dashes (-). I have to manually turn it back on. W10503278 is the control for this refrigerator. Is this a faulty control or the thermostat or something else?
Answer Greg, The issue with the unit would most likely be related to a stuck key on the control board. You will want to check the housing of the board to make sure that the plastic tabs that push the buttons are not damaged. If they are then the housing would need to be replaced.
