Deanna for Model Number GX5FHDXVYY02 I have a whirlpool gold french door fridge(gx5fhdxvy02) where the frigde is warm but freezer is cold. The compressor is hot but shuts off when i put it in a forced defrost and the frost melts. Does this mean the control board is bad and should be replaced?
