Carlos for Model Number GB2FHDXWS04 The freezer is cold but the refrigerator keeps warm. According to a technician everything was working perfectly but the control board which I bought a few days ago, I installed and programed without problems but the issue persist. What could the problem be?
Answer Carlos, You will want to check the defrost heater and defrost thermostat for continuity. If there is no continuity then the part is bad and would need replaced. Also check the damper in the unit and make sure that the damper is opening and closing and check to make sure that the evaporator fan motor is running. Read More...
