Chris for Model Number Kenmore 300 series washer 11022342511 I broke my door locking assembly and attempted to make a closed circuit. I crossed wires and now have a scorched area on the "motherboard" where the connector lock plugged into. When I plugged it back in, it made a clicking sound x2 as prior to the breaking of lock and zapping of wires. Best guess will a new lock connector be sufficient or will I be most likely looking at a new board as well. Thank you
Answer Hello Chris, You will have to replace the lid lock assembly W11307244 and the board W10834542 to correct this issue.
