Tony for Model Number Kitchen aid model KRBX102EWH00 After power surge, fridge wasn’t working. Repairman has replaced control panel twice, two fans, no luck. When power was on, technician put probes across the control board. Starts out at 99 volts, goes down to 8 volts, then zero. Tech can’t figure it out. Any ideas??? Please???
