Melissa Hello I need to get my model number for specific part purchase, but I have a JennAire range in my island with a downdraft. The front display started fading and is now completely black, and the front right glass top burner stopped working. The other 3 work fine. Oven doesn't work because digital display is out. Any ideas what may be wrong? Sorry it's so vague. Thank you!! Melissa
Answer Hello Melissa. It sounds like the control board will need to be replaced. As for the burner not working, you will need to check and see if the switch is bad and is not sending power to the burner. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
