Brian, The power relay board should be located on the back of the unit. When you remove the panel it should be located right there.

Steve for Model Number SVD48600P

Turned on the oven to 100 degrees, the bottom unit "appeared" to never turn on, but the top unit continued to heat until the fault code, F2 flashed. I tried to cancel, but the front control panel would not respond. I turned the breaker off for 10 minutes, but when turned on, the the top unit turned back on and continued to heat. I left the breaker off over night, but when turning the breaker back on, the top unit began to heat. I hit convection bake and programmed in 225. The top unit turned off, the bottom began to heat and came up to, and held temp. All seems good for now. This has happened once before, but turning the breaker off and on to reset the unit worked.

Hi Robert. The downdraft relay board is part # 12001694. It is mounted on the back of the unit. It is advisable to also get the heat shield plate part # WP3604M302-51. Also the oven thermostat part # WP7403P899-60, is mounted on the back. It needs to be bypassed to see if this will bring back the oven element power. It will ohm closed if good. There is another main power relay board mounted beside the down draft board. It is part # 12001689. You can also follow the wiring diagram (behind the lower kick plate or behind the controls. This will show you the correct relay to test for 120 vac output to each device. Did you recently use the self clean mode ? If so then the abnormal temperatures 900°+ may have opened the boards. You also need to ohm out the oven sensor for 1080-1,100 ohms. Wiggle the wires as you test it to make sure there are no opens or shorts. It is part # 12001656. Thank You.

Hi ron. It sounds like its time to change the relay board on the back. Part # 12001689. It is the larger of 2 of them on the back. The other is for the downdraft control. The relays are not holding power as the contacts or windings are weak. Thank You.
