Lorista for Model Number taws800jq1 Making a loud noise when gos into the spin. When shut off tub will not quite spinning and is at a very fast speed. We must stop with ours hands. Not sure if this is the brakes or something else that allows the tub to keep spinning. Could you let me know what you think. Thanks for any help we are not sure where to start. Lorista
Answer Lorista, Sure sounds like the brake pads are worn out or "stuck" in the retracted position.
