Carol for Model Number WTW4815EW0 My washer fills with water and goes through the cycles but doesn’t agitate or spin. Do you think the cam splutch part needs to be replaced or could it be something else?
Answer Carol, if the motor can be heard during operation but there is no spin or agitation occurring, the drive belt WPW10006384 would need to be inspected to ensure that it is intact. If there is no motor operation at all, the unit would need to be placed into a diagnostic mode to allow for the retrieval of any error codes as well as entry into the manual test mode.
