Akira for Model Number MVWX500WXO Maybe the same question as Charlie.. The machine grabbed a pillow in top of the tube and burnt it.. Since then it has a similar problem as Charlie. First, after the first stage, stopped and unlocked the lid. After replacing the actuator, after it is turn on, it just hums and that not goes ahead. the humming only ceases after is unplugged. Wonder if the capacitor is to blame..
Answer Akira, The first thing you will want to check is to make sure that there is nothing caught between the inner and outer tub of the unit. Also check the splutch assembly to make sure that it is not damaged. Put the unit into a diagnostic and see if there are any stored error codes. Read More...
