Chris for Model Number mgr5755qds The gas range will come up to temperature. Maybe the first time or second time it goes to restart it will not come up to temperature, but the display will continue to read the set temperature. We have replaced the ignitor and it still does it. The old ignitor reads 240 ohms. Am I looking at a bad board or a gas valve? Is the part 74009217 the right part for the control board?
Answer Hello Chris, This sounds more like a gas valve issue. The control board can be responsible, but the gas valve is the more probable culprit. For series 11 and below, use clock # (AP4097550).
