Betty for Model Number LSQ9010KQ0 CANNOT GET UPPER AND LOWER AGITATOR APART. HAVE TRIED SOAKING IT IN 120 DEGREE HOT WATER. STILL WON'T COME APART. I DID SEE A VIDEO SOMEWHERE AND IT SAID TO BREAK OFF A COUPLE OF FACTORY TABS DOWN INSIDE THE UPPER AGITATOR. WHERE ARE THESE AND IS IT OKAY TO BREAK ANYTHING OFF. THANK YOU
