Jennifer for Model Number SAWS800JQ1 The agitator is is in two parts ~ the top portion of the agitator does not move/agitate anymore. If I put pressure on top of the agitator, it will move back and forth ~ I am assuming like it should. Which parts should I replace and I would need instructions as well. Thanks
Answer Jennifer, You probably won't need the clothes mover, your more likely issue is the "dog" and cam assembly kit 285811 and grease 350849.
