Larry for Model Number KitchenAid KSRS25il This unit just started freezing over the drain hole for the defrost drainage. I know that it is likely to be either the heater, the defrost thermostat, or the main board. Is there a way to test to see which unit is causing the trouble? Or do I just have to replace all three and send the one(s) which weren't needed back? (that seems silly!)
