David for Model Number WFW9200SQ00 I was getting a F70/F71 error on the washer. I replaced the CCU. Now I am getting 3 beeps with no lighting up on the touch panel. I saw that these two errors were also asked about in the Q&A section. The answer to the 3 beep issue mentioned the control lock. How do I engage\disengage the control lock on the CCU? Also, the washer died in mid cycle so the door is locked. Is there a way to unlock the door manually?
Answer Hello David, This fault code indicates a CENTRAL CONTROL UNIT HEARTBEAT FAILURE. If a Central Control Unit Heartbeat Failure is displayed, no communication is detected from the Central Control Unit to the User Interface. Possible Causes/Procedure 1. Check for continuity of the User Interface harness. 2. Check wire harness connections to the User Interface and the Central Control Unit. 3. Replace User Interface if drum is rotating. 4.
