Danielle for Model Number WTW4800XQ4 My washer is fairly new. Extended warranty is out. My washer starts like normal, but during the cycle it gets stuck on rinse cycle and the lid locked light flashes red along with the green light on what cycle it is on. Could it be that I need to replace the control board which is W10480177. The MOD is WTW4800XQ4. I did a diagnostic on it and it is F9 E1. there is nothing stuck in the drain tube. Answer Danielle, The control board could be a cause for this issue but is most likely not. You will want to do some checking and testing on this to determine the cause of the long drain. Check the drain pump and hose to make sure that it is not clogged. Check the sup under the impeller for obstructions. Make sure that the drain hose height is not higher than 8'. Make sure you did not use too much detergent. Check the pressure hose connections from the tub to the pressure sensor to make sure that the hose is not kinked, plugged or leaking air.
