John for Model Number RF263LXTS3 The control panel is not lit, so I can't turn the oven on. Also, over the last few months, sometimes the oven light comes on, but most of the time the oven light will not come on. Of course the top burners do work. Is this a bad control board?

Answer John, Yes, the control board W10840298 / W10108100 Electronic Control could and probably is the issue, based on your post information and description. all the oven component power is supplied and routed through the control board, including the oven light.
