Jennifer, You will want to test to see if there is 240 Vac going to the elements when they are set to bake or broil. If there is not power to the elements then the issue will be a faulty control board.

Gabriel, as far as changing out specific components of a control, it is recommended that it only be attempted by a specialist. The resistor does not have a specific part number, however, I would recommend changing the entire control W10840298 to ensure no domino effect occurs.

Barbara, You have 240 vac going to the control board. Incoming lines are connector 2-4 and 4. If you test either one of these connectors to 1-1 which is your neutral you should read 120 from each one. If you do not see voltage from one of these connectors then you can check the terminal block for issues or possibly home wiring problems or breaker panel.

Hello Charlie, You will either have a problem with the power supply to the unit or an issue with the 240Vac circuit in the circuit of the unit itself. This will be an open element, thermal high limit, or control/thermostat. I'm sorry but we require the model number form the units' I.D. tag for a more detailed diagnosis. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
