Bill for Model Number WDT710PAHZ1 Not 100%sure but the panel could have got wet. Symptoms are, not running, lcd not really working. If I hit start button and hold I can see the 3,2,1 countdown to drain but nothing other than flashing alternating between what could be an F2/E2 but again lcd doesn't seem to be properly functioning. Not sure if I would start with Control.
Answer Bill, with the power supply to the dishwasher turned off, the user interface W11402115 would need to be unplugged from the main control W11306302, reassemble the door and leave the door open. From there, the power supply would need to be turned on, wait at least 10 seconds and then close the door. If the main control is operating properly, the drain pump will operate for 2 minutes and the user interface would need to be replaced.
