Mike No lights on the front panel. There is power to the unit. Took top of unit off and wiggle the wires to the interface. Some lights flickered then when off. Could this be a problem with the interface? This a whirlpool duet about 7yrs old.
Answer Hello Mike, This is really hard to say without even knowing the configuration but from experience, if you get a flicker from moving a harness, either the connection or the board is going to be at least part of the issue.
