Chickory for Model Number GHW9150PW0

We keep getting the F02 code. The first time, there was a color catcher sheet caught in the filter. The 2nd time, there was a small amount of dog fur in the filter. The 3rd time, there was nothing trapped in the filter. Is there a drain sensor that could be bad? If not, what tells the machine that it is not draining? I think the problem is not in the filter not draining but in some signal telling the machine that the filter is too full, or something like that. The drain hoses are not kinked. Help!

Answer

Chickory, The unit is told that it is not draining by the pressure switch. If the pressure switch is not reading a drop in the water level this tells the unit that it is not draining. You will want to check the pressure hose and switch. Also if the unit is not draining then would need to check the drain pump impeller.
