Mike S for Model Number GHW9400PL0 My washer has been throwing the F11 code off and on for several months now. I ordered a replacement CCU (part number 8182697), popped it into the washer, and attempted to run a load. This time, no F11 code, but I did get an FH code. Referring to the guide, I re-checked water flow and valves, which were also not a problem when the previous board was in. Also of note, I do not seem to be able to put the washer into diagnostic mode. When I follow the steps to do this, pressing the "extra rinse" button (4 times in 5 seconds) only causes a triple-beep, never goes into diagnostic mode. This is true of both old and new boards. Finally, I noticed that with the new board, only when the washer is off, there is a high pitch whistle coming from the board. This also was not the case with the previous board. Not sure if that is significant. HELP!
Answer Hello Mike. There should be no noise from the board. It sounds like the new board may be hooked up wrong or it is bad. Check all connections on the new board. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, January 21, 2014
