Jeff for Model Number Maytag Refrigerator MFC2061HES The control buttons do not work and the temperature in the fridge and freezer are above optimal most of the time (items in freezer do not freeze solid) and fluctuate even when not in use. Tech looked at it and suggested replacing control board first to see if that fixes temp problem. Can you give me the proper part number and is there anything I need to do to program it when replaced? I successfully fixed my Bosch dishwasher with your help and parts. Thanks
Answer Hello Jeff. WPW10207861 is the control board you will need to order for the unit. As for the code, if there is one inside the unit on the model tag, then you have to program it.
