Larry for Model Number JFC2089HES Re Jenn-Air Temperature Control Panel - Similar to Frank's question in Nov. 2013, Unit control panel turns freezer and refrig temperature to "OFF" for both and no other control buttons respond. Unit does not reset when power is unplugged and plugged back unit. I am able to disconnect green control board, keep down arrow on the refrig control depressed while simultaneously reconnecting small white plug to control board and control panel restarts to "0" for freezer and "46" for refrig. Door alarm is also"on" but no other functions respond and refrig button will not move from "46". Unit works for several weeks and then "OFF" problem happens again. I have had to do this "odd reset" to "0" and "46" three times. What do you suggest, replace the keypad or replace the green electronic control board? Thanks.
