Beverly for Model Number JSD2697KEY The water dispenser does not work but the ice works. We replaced the water inlet valve twice but this is not fixing the problem. The technicin said it was the control panel but it was not available. I see that you have control panels available but I do not know if this will fix the problem Thanks Bev
