Xer for Model Number Kenmore 59676534500 Key pad is unresponsive. Refrigerator works properly but can’t change temperature or reset water filter etc. Do I need to replace the key pad.
Answer Xer, it would be recommended that the keypad WP67005416 ribbon and the control WPW10207861 are inspected for any signs of damage. If there does not appear to be any damage, the most likely failure would be the keypad. Unfortunately, this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available. Read More...
