Gladys for Model Number MFD2561KES My fruits and vegetales start to freeze if, they are in the drawers....... By your experience, the Technician said I need to change this part of the Refrigerator but didn't give the part number, so do you think it can be this User Control and Display Board? It also doesn't work either if I want to move the temperature up or down (on the digital display). It's just working direct. Lights are on but doesn't move at all, unless I open the refrigerator and leave it open, it starts to move down the temperature. I have a picture in case you want to see the lights on (Freezer -3 and Refrigerator 44) One red light from the digital display is on.........
Answer Gladys, You may have two issues, the frozen vegetables, could be due to an air flow problem, remove the crisper pans and check the air return tunnels in the rear corners of the fridge floor for debris, blockage or ice in the openings, check and make sure the bottom of the door seals are sealing to the front flange when the doors are closed.
